Still no email reply, still significant problems

Whilst a couple of problems have been fixed, I have still had no reply. No reply to my review, which is odd as that is the who raison d'etre for the site..... I need an explanation and assurance for a range of glitches including a security breach, a missing positive review removing duplications. Come on Hello Peter. Play your own game and reply to reviews.I'm only writing this as you have lost all ability to reply to emails in the last 2 weeks.
