Std bank festival mall

Please help me. I went to std bank at festival mall in Kempton park on saterday the 5th and I was told to come back tuesday. Today I was referred to Tebatso to help me. My problem is I paid school fees for my daughter on 2020 December but I lost the slip and at school they say I did not pay.Tebatso told me that she won't be able to help as on school account and there is transsection every minute. Unfortunately I don't remember if I managed to right the reference. She told me she want date,time, I must show her the machine that i deposited the money. I fail to understand why they cannot trace it with my contact numbers because that one m quiet sure that I wrote my number. She called a white lady then that lady told me that she was going to use my contact number to track if it was not more than aa year. Pls help me to get the money. My contact Selaelo Makgato ***
