So where's the service?
So, I completed a form to submit a complaint (about Mr Price Home) ... on prompting from your Hellopeter.com website.<br> <br> ... which took me about 15 minutes because I had to edit my complaint down to 1200 characters.<br> <br> Then I was prompted to create a user account (because my complaint would not be published before I subscribed (ok, makes sense), ... so I diligently did (create an account) ... and activated the link as instructed.<br> <br> So now I'm a HelloPeter.com user/customer! ... but my complaint still does not appear anywhere on the website.<br> <br> So .... where's the service?

Gosh that's really odd that your report didn't upload. Unfortunately it's difficult to determine what may have caused the error. It's possible that you didn't select Accept after writing your report. It could also have been a connectivity issue or even a site issue. I know you went to a lot of trouble to write your report about Mr Price, but please resubmit your report so that they can address your issue. Regards, Linda
