Hellopeter changed the site to cater for getting more money for doing less, having obviously taken their que from big business, which is drunk with the power they are given, to abuse and use in the name of service, greedy only for obtaining new customers to cheat and exploit, and ensuring that there is no competition that is not as ******** and unaccountable as themselves. You can now pay to have your complaint promoted. How is this in any way helpful when the companies concerned don’t really give a damn, and are not in any way punished or censured for being that way, and it is not going to change anything, because taking your business somewhere else is as fruitless because the same inhuman creatures inhabit each greedy ******** organization.

With obtaining money from a company that responds, they ensure that they are therefore promoted as being “good” and no attempt is made to ensure that the company states what they are doing or how they are prepared to fix or how much time it is going to take , within the hellopeter forum, when the opportunity to do so is there. Instead they are allowed to utilise a zombie server to so called respond and still do nothing decent or honourable. Why does Hello Peter also not have a grading scale where the responses are monitored as to the genuineness of the companies to correct or, and resolve the issues timeously, or even inform where the complainant can get resolution to the problems experienced when the companies don’t do anything.

Why are the so called consumer organizations not held accountable, based on the sheer volume of complaints for each company still ongoing and unresolved, and the companies still allowed to practice without censure or punishment and advertise the opposite of what actually happens. Read the companies blog and see how smooth the blab from the PR department is and yet how little of it can ever be true, based on the hellopeter website. All smoke and mirrors and everyone taken in by it.

Yes, we offer the option to Supercharge your review. Supercharging your review means that you pay a small fee to have your review promoted not only on our homepage but all over our social media platforms too - ensuring maximum exposure of your review. Please note that this is an option. If you would not like to Supercharge your review – don’t.
Hellopeter.com acts only as a Gateway between Supplier. We provide the platform for you to write a review and for Suppliers to respond. All Registered companies have the facility to respond – we offer various packages, starting with a Free Basic Package.
How Companies respond to reviews is up to them. We unfortunately can’t force a company to respond nor can we force them to resolve issues.
We do have a rating system called the Hpi. If Companies take too long to respond and if issues aren’t resolved, or users don’t convert their reviews etc, this has a huge impact on the Companies Hpi rating.
We offer a feature called ‘HelpRequest’. If a business has not responded to your review within 36 hours, or you not happy with a businesses response, you can utilise our new “HelpRequest” feature. This notifies competitors who subscribe to our HelpRequest programme that you require help and they will be sure to inbox message you an alternative solution to fix your problem.
