Site is not fully functional
When is your Site going to be fixed once and for all? You are a web based business and maybe you have the worst IT team on the planet or why else is there so many problems? 1. Your supercharged reviews were last updated in October 2018 and I don't even think that option is available any longer? 2. One cannot commet publicly on any review. 3. If one wants to see recent reviews for a particular industry - you only see individual company's listed with more than 10 reviews! 4. The red arrow that used to be next to reviews which you click on to view review without having to open it has been gone for ages. If you reply with your stock standard we are "upgrading" the site please give a timeline as to when that will be comoleted?

We hear you, and understand that you're frustrated with the site. Thankfully we have some good news for you, things are changing! We have recently launched our new business site and portal (which you can view by selecting the "For business" button up top), and have since been working hard on a brand new review site.
We know the current set up is cumbersome, but we hope you'll sit tight as we finalise our new site and prepare to go live in the upcoming weeks.
