Site functionality is lacking
Some buttons on the site don't work and the email to activate your account never come.
I don't like that it asks for my phone number.

Could we ask you to please email us more information so that we can look into it. It's possible that the activation email landed up in your spam folder.
With regards to the phone number, we require this information for registration verification purposes, and also so that the businesses you write your reviews about have a way to contact you should they need to address your concerns further (only if they are a registered and verified business).
