I wish to express my sincere thanks to Hellopeter. It is only through you that Vodacom responds. Vodacom simply refuses to entertain any direct queries or call for service after they have your stop order in place. In my instance, I paid one (1) years subscription on two (2) internet contracts which had completed their agreed terms inspite of numerous attempts to cancel.
