It's great to have someone like you to turn to. BUT the fact that the companies we complain about can simply send an auto generated letter that they will do x yx z and don't do it is a pointless feature of this site. This behaviour should be named and shamed.......not seen as a positive

Some companies therefore respond to reviews using a generic type of reply simply to acknowledge the review and then provide more information when it becomes available.
