Shall we say "Goodbye to HelloPeter"?
Recently it seems like HelloPeter is not up to tasks anymore. Unlike before, all the complaints I did submit over 2018 had ZERO RESPONSES. I know HP is an online platform and have no control over other businesses, but it looks like either HP team are off-line or something wrong because instead of HP sending me (did we solve your problem) feedback, they only send (survey) within 24 hrs after complaints/compliments were submitted. Wish to see the old HelloPeter back.

As you mentioned, we cannot guarantee that the business you review will be in touch with you, however we do our best to promote businesses connecting with their customers on our platform. Regarding our feedback survey, we are in the process of developing some new features (for both our reviewers and businesses). Hopefully these changes will address your concerns.
