Shady practice behavior

Hello Peter is a major ****, when someone negative rates a business they quick to post, but when other happy client positive rate a business they cant get threw !! A lot of our satisfied costumers are welling to take the time to review our service but they all seem to fail doing so. Is it one sneaky way to get businesses to pay ? this unacceptable to say the least.
