Service delivery reaction after complaint on HelloPeter

Thank you HelloPeter!! With assistance from your side an issue I had with On Air TV was sorted with no (further!) hassles. All that was required was time for the company to go through their steps after the complaint was lodged on HelloPeter. I sent various emails and made numerous attempts to contact the service provider; with no reply or assistance. It was only when I turned to HelloPeter that my issue was addressed and later resolved. The incorrect product delivered to me (DSTV standard decoder) was picked up by the service provider at no cost and I could obtain the DSTV Ultra decoder I wanted direct from DSTV without a bother. Without bad mouthing the service provider I want to thank HelloPeter for the platform and the results obtained in using it!! HelloPeter definitely comes highly recommended!!
