SADLY, WITH SOME COMPANIES THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A RESPONSE
It seems that the only way to get a response from industry is to put a post here, on hellopeter.
Other companies just don’t bother to respond. They forget that we (consumers) have a choice and we are the ones who pay their salaries. No customers equal no income.
I use hellopeter as a last step once I have tried the normal communication options.
Not all my issues get resolved but at least I get a response.
Thank you hellopeter for providing us with this platform.
