Ripping business owners off!

Right - I have complained on hellopeter before. I have also complimented.

However it has been brought to my attention that business owners cannot respond unless they pay you! For a small business owner or start-up this can be difficult.

Lots of people complain about arbitrary things and the option to respond costs? What service are you actually offering other than allowing the mumbly-grumblies to moan?

So now we are going to moan about you!
