Right of Reply
It is fundamentally ********* to charge businesses—whether R700 per month or any amount—for the basic right to respond to reviews they did not solicit. At the very least, every business should be entitled to submit one free response to any unsolicited review received on your platform.
This would uphold a fair and balanced review environment, allowing both customers and businesses to engage transparently.

I'm not talking about taking reviews down if they don't meet your guidelines - that has nothing to do with the right of reply. There are plenty of legitimate reviews that an owner may need to respond to in order to provide an explanation, mitigation or clarification.
I'm not talking about a two-week free trial either - what good is that when that time is up? Then what?
So no, it doesn't clear things up at all. Seriously, you allow just anyone to post reviews about small businesses without allowing the small businesses to reply? How is that ethical?
