RIDICULOUS THAT NEGATIVE REVIEWS CANNOT BE REMOVED!
The company I work for has had a scathing review by an overly emotional customer all over the internet for 2 years now thanks to Hellopeter. I have learned that not even the said customer can remove the complaint even after it has been resolved. This is ridiculous. It paints a negative image of a company with extraordinary products and service levels. This is hugely unfair!
