Hi Hellopeter Team, Thank you for the clarification. However, I need to point out how your platform is being weaponised by Sanlam/Safrican to avoid accountability.

While I understand your rule regarding a "bona fide customer," I am the primary person handling these three entirely separate operational issues that have been formally logged with this business. The business has ignored all communication and numerous follow-ups for over a month. By removing my review, you are actively helping them suppress legitimate complaints and consumer negligence.

If your policy completely blocks a designated representative from highlighting systemic issues with an insurer, how do you expect consumers to warn the public about a business that refuses to respond via its own internal channels?

Please advise if you will allow me to re-post this if I upload a signed affidavit from the policyholders appointing me to handle this dispute on their behalf, or if Hellopeter simply prefers to protect corporate profiles over public transparency
