<p>Please can you ensure that you communicate with your clients via email linked to your hellopeter client contact. Ive had a handful of instances that have resulted in court actions through third parties involved in crime affecting complaints linked to Ombudsman cases.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Sunday Times is looking at an article linked to all of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have responded to their phone calls in writing.</p>
