Report the good as well as the bad

I just got an email warning about **** reviews. You make a good point. I have used Hellopeter to try to assess businesses that I am unfami**** with especially when shopping online. the negative reviews do affect my views and tend to make me avoid that company and I believe poor service and products should be highlighted. But I suddenly realized I frequently moan about the negative but rarely give credit when I have had a positive experience, hence I have posted recently on Hellopeter when I have received exceptional service, it’s only fair really. hellopeter will naturally be skewed towards the negative as we like to vent when something goes wrong. anyway I really find Hellopeter very useful and recommend it to others.
