Report Feedback
I recently posted a complaint on Hello Peter about a service provider. The service provider then responded with an inaccurate reply. There appeared to be no avenue on Hello Peter for me to say that the response was inaccurate other than posting on Twitter, which I don't do.

Please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to reply to the Supplier's Response or to give feedback on your report. This facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. To use this facility, go to Customer Zone (left menu bar), and select Give Feedback from the drop down. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of your report to open the report and add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier concerned for you. Regards, Linda
