Replying to a review

<p>I received a review yesterday via email. First time. I have spent the last 24hrs trying to find out how to repy!!</p> <p>When I finally managed to reply it was posted under a different business name. Now I can't delete it. What on earth is this business going to say about this posting, I have had to contact them and applogise. Come on guys you need to make this process a lot simpler. From the automated email you send to the business notifiying them of a review you need a direct link to the reply box. Every time I tried from the email it told me that I needed authenication.</p> <p>What is this!!! It's my business, you sent me the email and you won't allow me to reply immeadiately and simply. This is not good enough!</p>
