Removing actual reviews but leaving **** ones.
Removing real and actual reviews but letting companies keep the **** good reviews?
As with the case with Rapid Pools and Construction. The company has received a few bad reviews from various customers and would be customers like myself. Our reviews were removed after one review turned ugly and the owner Gus actually publicly threatened the guy making my review true! Proof enough hey?
What ****es me off is that the good reviews who suddenly appeared from nowhere with very little information showing they are **** by the way, stay.
If I can't review a company as a "third party" even though I reviewed them as MYSELF, a WOULD BE CUSTOMER, then neither can the owner use a **** profile to review himself or have his buddies review him either! So if you don't reinstate my complaint which is VALID, then hellopeter must remove the good reviews.
So you either reinstate my right to freedom of expression, or you remove theirs.

15 Aug 2019, 13:50may I add that those so called customers need to provide proof they exist and have photos of gus actually building their pools. If not REMOVE THEM too!

15 Aug 2019, 13:54Hi Roelien, when a review is reported we follow up. In this case, your review about Rapid Pools and Construction was reported. In this review it's explained that it was your colleague that interacted with this business, and not yourself, which is why it was removed.
However, if you suspect that good reviewsabout this business may be false or ****, you can report these by selecting the yellow flag icon on the actual review. These reviews will then be investigated further, and a customer check done. If found to be false, they will be removed.

15 Aug 2019, 14:22Hi Roelien, we only allow reviews that involve the reviewer's own interaction and experience with a business. Reviews that are commentary on other consumer's experiences are not allowed, however if they haven't been reported, they wouldn't have had a customer check.
Regarding your question: businesses cannot pay us to remove reviews. The only time reviews are removed is when they breach our content guidelines.
