Removed an honest and factual review without warning
Removed a review without consulting me or giving me an opportunity to edit the original post.
Instead they invalidate my experience and choose to tell me that I should rather relook how I structure my complaint.
Would have been better if they contacted me to discuss the complaint and advised me to make the changes. Now a contractor who does poor work gets to have an honest assessment of their work removed from the public domain
