Remove a review with your advertising interfering

I want to remove a review as the company I complained about rectified the issue and I feel I can remove it. So I read that I must flag the review but there is an advert at the bottom of the screen so I can’t press send because it doesn’t allow me to scroll down to the button. This is a bit irritating!
