Removal of content without allowing me to respond

Remove content within 24 hours without asking my side of the story. As per section 6.1.2.6 should the User not respond to the request from us within 24 (twenty-four) hours, the review will be deleted from the Site.

Only one review per Supplier per issue is accepted on the site. You are welcome to comment on your initial post as many times as you wish. There is therefore no need to write new reviews about the same issue. Regards, HP

They comment with a blank reply, then they ***** the system to show that they responded but they didn't.

If you aren’t happy with the Supplier's response, or lack thereof, the site allows unlimited comments on your initial review – please use this facility to let them know. You are welcome to engage with them directly as many times as you like until hopefully, they convert you into a happy customer. Regards, HP

I will keep to the one post, but they are all removed, so I am asking if I can post my one post per topic since the originals are removed. I made a separate complaint with another company but that post was removed, there was no repost, only one post, why was that removed?

Please let me know which review you are referring to so that we can confirm the reason for removal. Some of your reviews were removed as they go against our content guidelines. Please refer to our T&C 6.1.3 Users are prohibited from posting content that is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes ******, *****ry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
