Rating system not great.

Ratings a little suspect e.g. Cadbury South Africa has a 4,4 out of 10 rating. Of the reviews posted more than 10% of postings are from same person giving a 5 star rating each time. Despite that they only manage a 4,4 rating.

The TrustIndex is calculated by looking at the average review star ratings, time to reply, the Bayesian average and the review depreciation over time. There are a number of factors that affect the TrustIndex and it is not just based on the number of 5 star ratings. I hope this clarifies it for you. Have a great day further.
