Quick response from sanlam
I want to give feedback about Sanlam that responded to my query, but when i select Give feedback there is no fields to enter any feedback

The Customer Feedback facility is only available 54 hours (excluding weekends) after your report appeared on the site. As your report about Sanlam has not been on the site for 54 hours yet, the facility isn't available. I am sorry, but you will need to wait a bit longer before you can provide your feedback.
