Quick efficient customer service

I am extremely impressed with Hallopeter's customer service. I needed to remove a review, and it was done and communicated to me within hours. I contacted them on messenger on their Facebook page, and got an almost instant reply on how to go about it. They advised that one clicks on the flag below the review, and request from there directly, or that I send my request to the email they supp**** me. They informed me when it was done, and also informed the other party on my behalf. It was done in a couple of hours. Hallopeter requires is that you explain why the review needed to be removed. But otherwise all went smoothly. Thank you so much
