Question about contact details
In the past, your review option had fields in which one could enter your contact details (and details of when and where an event took place). I left a review for Nu Metro and (after I also called their head office) was told they could not respond to my review as I had not entered (on HelloPeter) any contact details for them to use. I similarly wrote a review to Avbob just now, and once again was not given an opportunity to enter any further contact details. Do you now automatically give companies contact details based on our log-in profile, or is there a problem from my side that I'm somehow missing the contact detail page? (Weirdly enough the option for additional information DOES exist on the bottom of THIS review page!!) Thanks again for offering us this platform.

23 Feb 2019, 08:18Hi Stefani, thanks for getting in touch! I had a look now and the Numetro business profile is currently unclaimed, which means that no one from Numetro is actively managing and responding to their Hellopeter reviews. This is why they didn’t have your contact details.
Regarding Avbob, your contact details have been provided (I just double checked on the review you have written for them). This means they will be able to contact you directly, should they choose to follow up.
