Publication of investigation outcomes

I was wondering after my DStv writeup whether you do follow up or not on their commitment to investigate concerns raised by consumers. Reason why I do ask was because, strikingly, I saw similar and automated responses on other concerns, committing to investigate. Do they ever come back and publicise their responses, is Dstv or not ?
