Protecting ********* be deleting reviews

I was sc-ammed out R7000 from on online website. I wrote a review details what happened to help prevent others from falling for the same trick. Hellopeter.com deleted the review because it contains the "S" word. I contacted them about how to handle a review from a business that is a literal sc-am, but they refuse to get back to me. It's disgusting that a site that should be impartial on all matters decides to delete review without any further investigate, and protect ********* in doing so.
