Problem solved within a few hours!
I can't thank you enough for the quick response I got from Santam. I've been battling for a week to get a refund and after I lodged a complaint with Hello [URL Removed] I was refunded that same night! Whatever you do and how ever you do it ...it works! Thanks a million!!!
