Good afternoon, Om Monday you advised that Makro had responded to my complaint. When I checked it sated that Makro had rep**** privately. How do i access this private response?

Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your Hellopeter account
- Click on the three lines on the top right of the screen and select 'My Profile and Reviews' from the drop-down menu. All of your reviews will be displayed.
- Click on the review to open it and view the business's response
