Poor show!

I just received a mail as below, and I am highly offended as they are making me out to be ********* in my honest review of a company that deserves recognition. If this is the new attitude it is maybe time for me to part ways. I highly doubt however that this will be published.

As their customer, kindly provide some form of proof of dealings with them confirming this (proof of payment/receipt etc).
