Poor service
Pathetic service at collection point at “The Buzz” shopping Centre... arrived to collect parcel - no one at the desk when I arrived... waited forever before anyone eventually came out from behind the door.. customers waiting in the reception area.. one person assisting only... took forever... not worth the frustration
