Pointless emails.
I love that HelloPeter is so helpful in resolving issues but I hate getting an email saying "We'd love your feedback", when it is so pointless. I obviously would not recommend a company to whom I have given a one-star rating, and would recommend one that I had given a 5-star rating. It just clutters my inbox needlessly.

Often after writing for example a one star review, a business addresses the issue and the issue is resolved.
