Pls allow compliments within 5 days to a complaint
I made a complaint about a supplier but was not allowed to make a compliment within 5 days for the same supplier. This should be allowed if the complaint was rectified within 5 days please. This causes unnecessary duration of bad opinions. Thank you

Please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to give feedback, instead of writing a new report. The Customer Feedback facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report about a Company Who Responds on the site. To give your feedback - select Customer Zone (left menu bar), then select Give Feedback (from the drop down menu). All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report and add your Customer Feedback. You will also be able to convert your report from a Complaint into a Compliment. A copy of your feedback will be sent to the company concerned. Regards, Linda
