Reviews are not simply removed once an issue is resolved. Our new site allows you to write unlimited add-on comments on your initial review.
You are welcome to engage with them directly as many times as you like.
If they have sorted out your problem, you are welcome to now go and comment on your initial post, and convert your complaint to a compliment, by changing the star rating on your review.
