Please help

I cannot find where to correspond with you so I must use this address. I made a report on Renault South Africa some weeks ago, which I followed up with a second report a few weeks later. I have had no response from them. I went onto your website to check if they had been posted and couldn't find anything. Could you kindly direct me to where I will find these reports please
