Pleas don't allow Telkom on your site

I noticed someone else had the same complaint regarding Telkom. Seems like this is consistent behavior from them. I have complained 3 times on the hellopeter.com website regarding Telkom on the same issue. This has been going on for almost a month. Yet they still have not even contacted me once despite giving their standard response that they will. I have tried using the email address that they provide in their response yet they still do not respond. The response on hellopeter.com is always the same copy and paste message. Honestly I know you guys are just trying to help out but seriously if companies are going to be listed as companies that respond then surely they need to do so. Two and a half weeks later they have not even bothered to contact me...Surely hellopeter has some standards for who they allow to be listed as 'companies that respond' and this requires more than just continuous copy and paste.....
