I recently joined Hellopeter in a business capacity. I was contacted by Susan Koopman. She is one of the most professional and patiently persistent people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Susan introduced me to the business leg of hellopeter and how to leverage your business using reviews. At first i was unsure but with Susan's assurance i took the leap of faith and boy am i glad i did. There were some technical difficulties but quietly in the background she guided and reassured me that all will be well and that this was more lile a long distance run and nit a sprint. Thank you ever so much Susan if it was not for you i think i would have given up on Hellopeter as i was at times very near reporting Hellopeter to itself... Fortunately this story has a silver lining and you can colour me cautiously optimistic for what the future holds. This i say all thanks to Susan Koopman and if i was in the position to headhunt her i wouldve swooped im faster than a peregrin falcon. Thank you and A SUOER WELL-DONE to Susan Koopman for her stellar work in ensuring that my business gets recognized and placed on the map with all the other worthy business owners. I have been in the service industry before i started primary school in my mothers restuarant and cafe thus i have a deep understanding of customer service and care. That being said i know when i am being acknowledged and genuinely appreciated and with Susan i felt it and appreciate it immensely....
