Over-contacted by HalloPeter without Unsubscribe.
Good Morning : After I write a review (in this case very positive about Discovery Insure), I do not want to be contacted AGAIN by HalloPeter to hear if I want to "recommend this business to others". I have done everything I wanted to already. See the email from HalloPeter below:
"You recently wrote a review about Discovery Insure Based on how your review has been handled, and the service you received from Discovery Insure, would you recommend them to a friend or colleague? Please click on a number in the chart below to submit your response."
I feel I am being treated like a child, asking (again) "if I want to say Thank You" again? I hope you understand my concern, by being over-contacted.

For every review posted by you, a follow up mail is sent, asking you to rate the interaction with the business subsequent to writing your review. After responding, the respective score rating that you give is captured and stored alongside your review and contributes towards the businesses NPS rating. The Net Promoter Score (NPS), is an important tool for businesses and is used to measure their consumer loyalty. Please accept our apologies for making you feel that we are over-contacted you.
