Outdated systems and many false reviews.
They have officially lost all credibility in my eyes. Rated a company negative for real issues and contravention of the CPA. The company reported my review as false, Hellopeter insisted I provide evidence to the contrary which I did. Then they said I must now provide an affidavit or it will be removed. How about the onus be put on the ******* company to provide the affidavit. So basically they have been bul**** into removing the review because I'm not going to waste more of my time on this. Is there no other platform in this world to rate the ****** in South Africa??? Additionally I have found so many companies giving themselves positive reviews and systematically creating accounts to do so with no remorse or recourse.

26 Feb 2026, 12:10So a Sim card in South Africa costs how much now? A couple of cents for an OTP then it costs a couple of cents for a **** positive review. How about pattern detection, IP address registering, ID number, and then use all of these things to check because every business I have ever been taken by on Hellopeter always has huge negative reviews and all these positive reviews to the contrary almost a day later and systematic. The person also creates the Hellopeter account just to rate that company positively and contradict all the negative reviews so the trust index increases and the negative reviews then sit on page 2. Come on Hellopeter just be better.
