Not very helpfull...
<p>I wrote a review to on Telkom from my profile.</p> <p>Seems like something went wrong as my review isn't listed under my name.</p> <p>Telkom responded to my review and now I can't see what they wrote.</p> <p>Monique from the Admin department is not keeping me updated in rectifying this issue.</p> <p>All I need to know is what Telkom commented on my review.</p>

The reason why you had a problem viewing the response is that you created two separate accounts on the site. When trying to view the response, you were logging into the incorrect account. We have merged your two accounts for you so that you don't struggle again in the future. Regards, HP
