Not sure how get helped
I previously raised my concerns regarding businesses on Hello Peter that is using this platform to promote their businesses by writing false reviews in the case of Dotsure. I was one of the victims of these false reviews. How can a company have 25000 5-star reviews most of the reviewers have only one review on Hello Peter. I also suggested that the reviews must only go live after a reviewer made 3 or 4 reviews of different businesses. I am also more and more inclined to think Hello Peter is only looking out for businesses on their platform and not the consumer anymore. I always use to trust Hello Peters's reviews before buying from businesses.

At Hellopeter, we’re always trying to find new ways to make review collection easier for customers and businesses alike. We're continually rolling out new features to help businesses actively collect reviews through sending out review invites to their recent customers. Therefore, it's entirely possible for new reviewers to sign up and leave their first review on Hellopeter as a result of a push by the business in question. As part of Hellopeter’s efforts to ensure that reviews always reflect genuine buying or service experiences, we use a combination of manual verification checks and advanced, customised software to detect unusual review patterns and potentially **** reviews. Please bear in mind that people can have very different experiences with the same business. Just because someone received bad service, doesn't mean that others haven't received fantastic service. That it is human nature that people will rather complain about a business than give a compliment and also go through all the effort to create a new account login to Hello Peter to give a compliment and only have done 1 or 2 reviews on the same business.
