Not Physically Challenged Friendly

HelloPeter has a control in place to stop people excessively reviewing the same company over and over. However, they seem to fail to understand, even after I wrote to them, that sometimes one person, in this case me, has to write reviews on behalf of someone else, in this case my mother, as they are unable to use the Internet and/or they have specific physical challenges. Basically, HelloPeter might not be for the elderly or those with some physical challenges.
