Not moderating / administrating reviews
<p>I have posted several comments/complaints about Telkom, who then gives false reference numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems mine wasn't the first and only time Telkom does this... Have you never picked up on or queried this?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise!?</p>

You can add to your review as many times as you like to engage with the company directly until hopefully, they convert you into a happy customer.
