Not fair that we cannot respond!
My business, 3rd Avenue Pub & Restaurant, received a very bad (completely unjustified and totally untrue) review by a person who has been banned due to bad behavior. We are a family restaurant and I will not apologise for banning people who get drunk and cause trouble. I tried to register the business so I could respond but the PIN to verify me just does not come through despite multiple attempts. I am a staunch supporter of Hellopeter but it feels like we are being held to ransom - pay up or you cannot defend your business, even when the review is unjustified and a blatant lie.
