not allowingme to put afeedback after 7 days
Sadly this wonderfull service is not allowing me to put a feed back report on line even after 7 days. Also hello peter is supposed to send me a feedback report to fill in after 54 hours. This also not done. Please help as i wish to do a fllow up on cell c and i cant find anywhere else to help . This is such a great service but clearly not being monited properly.

You can use the Customer Feedback facility even if you haven't received the feedback email from us. To give your feedback, login and select Customer Zone (from the left menu bar). Then select Give Feedback. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report you would like to give feedback on and add your Customer Feedback. Please note however that this facility is only available 54 hours (excluding weekends) after you submitted your report on the site. If you struggle, please email *** for further assistance.
