Not a bad site, but there is room for improvement

I've been using hellopeter.com for a bit but I've noticed there are a few things missing that could be improved on.

1- Website Addresses I don't want to google search for each business, it will was very simple to just click and go to the relevant business you reading reviews on. Yes, there are occasions were another 'click' will get you there, but this can be improved.

2- Some categories don't match with the business field I say this because business like "Zaful.com" is not a legal practice company. Then why is it sitting under legal? This is a company that sells clothing online from China.

3- Verified Accounts + More? I'm not talking about verified business's. I'm talking about those who are laying the complaints. Are these really valid? Are they there to harm the business reputation? Maybe some way of knowing this person has logged a lot of reviews? Something simple from the first person posting a review/complaint (with maybe a beginner rank verified, etc).

4- Upgraded 'Thank You' This for the businesses that respond. Give that person who is giving a high review something maybe? Nothing huge, maybe a promo-code for something? 5% decrease on current internet package if they get another customer? Anything. We do appreciate the replies, just trying to see if you maybe add a little extra.
