You have been in contact with *** regarding this issue, so now why now months after the fact this comment? The review in question has subsequently been removed as per the rules of the old website, which we are currently still honouring. As per the new website, any/all reviews posted as of 1 May 2016 remain on the site indefinitely and no longer have a 12 month ‘expiry’ window, unless deemed to be ‘inappropriate’ (i.e. false) by the business concerned.
